BeOne Medicines is seeking an Entity Controller for their LATAM finance team in Mexico City, requiring strong accounting expertise, particularly in US GAAP and local regulations, along with proficiency in SAP. The ideal candidate should have a background in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, be fluent in both Spanish and English, and exhibit strong analytical and communication skills
Job Summary
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, responsible for a broad range of accounting and controlling topics for assigned legal entities in LATAM.
The incumbent must bring strong US GAAP and local GAAP knowledge combined with a strong knowledge of SAP, S/4 Hana preferred, and take the lead in dealing with both strategic and operational process tasks and enhancements.
Strong communication and cultural sensitivity are required to coordinate the activities of outsourced services and collaborate with colleagues in the US, Europe, and Asia.
