We are seeking an experienced Digital Architecture & Full‑Stack Solutions Lead to drive technology strategy, system integration, and modern application development across logistics, warehouse, and transport operations. This role requires strong expertise in IT/OT convergence, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and full‑stack engineering. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of architecture across logistics, warehouse, transport, and automation systems to align with enterprise standards and business objectives Develop and maintain hybrid-cloud environments using VCF, Azure, Data Factory, and API Management to support scalable and secure operations Establish and enforce IT/OT governance and cybersecurity frameworks including ISO27001, SOC2, and IM8 to safeguard technology assets Integrate IoT, RFID, vision AI, AGVs/AMRs, PLC/WES/WCS, and other automation platforms to enhance operational efficiency and data flow Design and develop data pipelines and event-driven architectures for Synapse, Power BI, and AI dashboards to enable real-time analytics and decision-making Serve as a strategic liaison between IT, Strategy, Operations Technology, Cybersecurity, and business units to ensure cohesive technology delivery Lead architecture reviews, proof of concepts (PoCs), vendor evaluations, and technology selection processes to drive innovation and quality Mentor development teams on coding standards, integration design, secure development practices, and deployment methodologies Architect and develop supply-chain applications including dashboards, tracking systems, and workflow automation to optimize logistics processes Build full-stack solutions using React/Angular, Node.js, .NET Core, Java Spring, and Python to meet evolving business requirements Design and manage API integrations across WMS, ERP, OMS, SAP, CMS, and IoT/automation systems to ensure seamless data exchange Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud deplo
