Job Summary

• The objective of the position is to ensure the correct incubation process of fertile eggs, guaranteeing optimal conditions of temperature, humidity, ventilation and management, in order to maximize hatching rate and chick quality, complying with the sanitary and productive standards established by the company.
• You will be in charge of managing plant processes, such as egg classification, incubator loading, transfers, hatching and vaccination, monitoring and control of critical variables, such as temperature, humidity and ventilation, among others, managing and coordinating personnel and their activities, compliance with Biosecurity regulations, and elaboration of KPIs.
• We are looking for a veterinarian or related careers professional, with at least 5 years of previous experience in incubation plants.
