  • Signal measurements on Memory controller
  • DRAM interface characterization
  • Register tuning and optimization
  • Functional regression and interoperability testing
  • Debug of Processors, DRAM and board issues

Nice-to-have

  • Strong programming skills
  • Experienced with lab tools
  • Knowledgeable in memory signal integrity
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Detail oriented and reliable

Key Requirements

  • MS in EE/CE
  • 4+ years related experience
  • Good understanding on memory signaling/protocol
  • Good knowledge on PCB design
  • Experienced with Python, JavaScript, C/C++
  • Windows and Linux experience
