Cherrydalepa is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services and staff within a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, preferably with management experience, and will be responsible for various administrative and clinical duties related to patient care and staff supervision

Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel providing healthcare and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, ensuring resident safety and utmost respect.
  • Maintains confidentiality and stays abreast of regulatory changes, communicating them appropriately to the nursing staff.
