This role supports the development of innovative plant-based protein solutions using challenging techniques and methodologies.
The position requires on-site work 5 days a week at the Cortex Innovation Community in St. Louis, MO.
Candidates will generate critical data for R&D initiatives by conducting physical analytical tests including rheology, viscosity, and particle size measurement.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
MS or PhD in Food Science or related field
1-3 years laboratory experience required
Strong rheology and texture measurement skills
Ability to maintain scientific equipment

Key Requirements
