Job Summary

  • This role supports the development of innovative plant-based protein solutions using challenging techniques and methodologies.
  • The position requires on-site work 5 days a week at the Cortex Innovation Community in St. Louis, MO.
  • Candidates will generate critical data for R&D initiatives by conducting physical analytical tests including rheology, viscosity, and particle size measurement.
