ING is seeking a seasoned leader for the role of Lead Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and Third Party Management in the UK. This senior position requires a proactive expert to implement and enhance ING’s operational resilience frameworks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Job Summary
This is a senior execution role with end‑to‑end accountability for the UK implementation and continuous improvement of ING’s global Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and TIPM frameworks.
You will work closely with UK business and support functions, Technology and Cyber teams, and global and hub‑based teams.
The role has high visibility with UK senior management and governance forums and plays a critical part in strengthening ING UK’s operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and risk profile.
