Job Summary

  • Manage and administer company-sponsored employee benefit plans, as assigned, as well as their applicable policies and procedures.
  • Oversee assigned benefit plan vendor relationships, including vendor performance, account management, review meetings and onsite visits.
  • Ensure compliance of federal laws to include, but not limited to Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and Internal Revenue Code applicable to assigned benefit plans.
