Job Summary
Manage and administer company-sponsored employee benefit plans, as assigned, as well as their applicable policies and procedures.
Oversee assigned benefit plan vendor relationships, including vendor performance, account management, review meetings and onsite visits.
Ensure compliance of federal laws to include, but not limited to Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and Internal Revenue Code applicable to assigned benefit plans.
