Job Summary

  • The Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (DME) Specialist / Deputy Program Manager will work closely with the Program Manager to support day-to-day program operations and assist with the development and execution of the program’s sustainment goals, strategic objectives, and financial goals.
  • The role leads data cleaning, validation, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and readiness for decision-making and external reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Must be a Ukrainian national and authorized to work in Ukraine
  • Demonstrated managerial experience leading personnel
  • Fluent in Ukrainian (speak, read, and write)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation activities
  • Proven experience in completing inventories, receiving goods, using Excel, and creating reports
  • Ability to lead Ukrainian local national teams
