  • This is a hands-on management role and will require conducting lab testing, receiving and in-process inspection, and root cause analyses.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent
  • 5+ years of directly related experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience
  • DMIR certified or willing to become DMIR certified
  • Aerospace industry experience
  • Experience working in a chemistry lab
  • ISO audit experience
  • Up to 10% of Domestic travel
