Salary
Base: $28.55 - $42.85 per hour; Bonus: Sign-On bonus eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including PTO, health/welfare, and retirement match

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Child Life or related field
Current Child Life Certification required
Minimum 6 years experience or 5 with Master's
Completion of student placement/internship required
