Drive new business development, marketing excellence, innovation, and cross-functional alignment to achieve key performance targets, including Segment EBITDA, NPI performance, annual AOP commitments, and the 5-year growth plan.
Partner with operations, supply-chain, and procurement to optimize global supply-chains to ensure capacity for growth, and on-time delivery with minimal lead times, costs, and working capital.
