Must-have
Firmware development on X86 or ARM platforms
Leading global firmware development teams
Designing system level hardware and firmware solutions
Experience with Redfish, OpenBMC, DMTF PLDM/MCTP APIs
Server manageability and security design
End-to-end delivery of enterprise servers
Nice-to-have
Creative problem solving
Strong communication skills
High sense of teamwork and work ethics
Experience with test tools and automation
Driving open standards contributions
Key Requirements
Master’s Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Over 8 years of overall experience
More than 4 years of successful team management experience
Proven track record as a high-performing individual contributor
Experience working with global partners and customers
