The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their comfort, and reporting any changes in their condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
The position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license and the ability to perform nursing care procedures that you have been trained to do.
