Job Summary
Responsible for the development and execution of the laboratory structure and organization, maintaining continuous lab operations with integrity and validity for all laboratory activities.
Oversee the personnel, service levels, budget, quality measures for the laboratory operation, including hiring and development of the leadership team and succession planning.
