Base: $218,400 - $365,200 annually ($263,200 - $401,400 in select SF/NYC areas); Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401(k) and stock purchasing program
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years Product Management experience
5+ years Conversational AI or Voice Technology
Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering
Experience with Contact Center architecture (SIP, RTP, WebRTC)
Proven track record shipping Zero-to-One enterprise products
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Salesforce Ecosystem (Service Cloud, Einstein)
Ability to translate AI hype into high-ROI use cases
Experience managing high-performing PM teams
Technical spokesperson skills for executive briefings
