Job Summary

• The essential purpose of this role will be to lead the group fitness team by inspiring and coaching our instructors to maximize their class attendance and provide fun, safe workouts that deliver our members amazing fitness results!
• Key accountabilities include group exercise training, coaching, success and problem resolution, scheduling of group exercise classes and instructors, class size, safety, member satisfaction, and continuing education.

• 5+ years teaching GFit formats
• Previous team management skills
• Nationally accredited Group Exercise Certification
• Group Fitness Certification, Specialty Certification, CPR Cert.
• Valid Driver's License
