Your main focus as a Spare Parts Coordinator will be to control and optimize spare parts stock globally in close collaboration with production plants and central purchasing, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and cost efficiency across the organization.
Base: Above standard salary based on skills and previous experience; Bonus/Equity: Semi-annual bonuses (CZK 15,000 base bonus paid in July, CZK 10,600 base bonus paid in December), Performance based bonus of up to CZK 8,000 per year, Short‑Term Incentive (STI) of up to 10%; Benefits: Transportation allowance of CZK 100 per day, Kafeteria benefit contribution of CZK 850 per month after probation, pension insurance contribution of 3 percent of base salary after first year
