The role of Manager Production for Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation is responsible for the day-to-day running of a team of approximately 10 technician staff with the primary responsibility as calibration and maintenance of the facility’s measurement and control systems.
The role offers real responsibility and influence, with ownership of calibration standards, maintenance schedules and budgets, while working collaboratively across engineering and production leadership to drive continuous improvement, develop people, and contribute to Caterpillar’s long-term mission of building a more sustainable world.
