Must-have
Previous trade mark paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of IP Australia requirements
Experience using WebTMS or similar IP systems
Trade mark clearance and searching capability
Excellent communication skills for client liaison

Ability to manage deadlines effectively
Exposure to litigation and disputes work
Hands-on responsibility in a busy team
Key Requirements
Previous experience in trade mark paralegal or administrator role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
