The position offers a competitive annual base pay range of CAD $76,500 - $108,070 with eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years operational or management system experience
Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Data Centers, or Manufacturing
Working knowledge of ISO 17021 and ISO 17029 requirements
Understanding of U.S. or Americas EHS regulations like OSHA and EPA
Ability to produce clear audit reports and present findings
Nice-to-have
Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish or French
Cross-sector audit experience in complex operations
Experience contributing to audit process development
Strong coaching skills for peer development
Track record of identifying business growth opportunities
Key Requirements
Graduate-level qualification OR professional education in H&S, Environmental, Quality
Training or understanding of at least two management system standards (ISO 9001, 14001, etc.)
Fluency in English with strong written and spoken communication skills
