This role supports the Advanced Airborne Sensor program by resolving complex production, testing, and integration challenges across manufacturing and engineering disciplines.
Candidates will lead technical evaluations of hardware, categorize failure modes, and execute improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
The position offers exposure to technically challenging radar processing hardware and opportunities to present technical findings to program leaders and customers.

Salary
Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline
8 years experience in electrical subsystems
Hardware failure trend identification
RCCA investigations at system levels
Earned Value Management methodology
Control Account Management CAM experience
Nice-to-have
Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering principles
Experience with PRISM SAP and CMES tools
Knowledge of J-STD-001 and ISO9001 standards
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
In-depth technical knowledge of radar products
Key Requirements
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance
Minimum 8 years of production and testing experience
Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
