Job Summary
The Program Associate will assist with the design, establishment, and management of research trials, collect and process soil and plant data, and support field operations.
Responsibilities include organizing, cleaning, and managing agronomic datasets, conducting data entry, and assisting with data visualization.
The role involves assisting in developing Extension materials, supporting the preparation of reports, and coordinating field days and workshops.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Science, or related field plus three (3) years of relevant experience OR a related Master's degree
Experience conducting field-based agronomic research
Experience collecting and processing soil and plant samples
