This role is responsible for financial stewardship, controls, and investment discipline across the Wellbeing Collective as it scales toward a €5bn 2030 ambition.
Key responsibilities include owning the controllership framework, building SOX-like control frameworks, leading finance operations, and acting as the finance leader for major enterprise transformation programs.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $227,700 to $569,250, bonus eligibility, LTI eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits plan.
