Welding engineering and metallurgy expertise
Project bidding and tendering support
Production department KPI management
Nice-to-have
NDT and quality certifications
Experience with major E&P operators
International welding engineer certification
Chartered Engineer status in Welding
Mentorship of large technical teams
Key Requirements
Master's degree in engineering (welding/mechanical/metallurgy)
European/International Welding Engineer or AWS Certified Welding Engineer certification
Minimum 12-15 years experience in welding, NDT, and QC on EPCI projects
Knowledge of Engineering Critical Assessment and sour service inspection
Experience managing main E&P operators like TOTAL, ExxonMobil, Shell
