Must-have
2 years mechanical trade school or equivalent
5 years heavy-duty machining experience
Operate CNC HELLER machining centers
Interpret blueprints and control plans
Off shift Monday-Thursday availability

Intermediate Siemens 840D controller knowledge
Statistical Process Control (SPC) ability
Continuous improvement initiative support
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with MTU products and policies
Key Requirements
2 years trade school or Associate's Degree
