Job Summary

  • Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for Market Access teams to equip them with knowledge and skills for patient access, reimbursement, and payer policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure training materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company objectives and product strategies.
  • Assess training effectiveness through knowledge checks, field observation, and feedback mechanisms, while also providing coaching and developmental feedback to enhance field performance.
