Job Summary

  • As part of the highly skilled Asset Support Team, the Mechanical Engineer will work under the direction of the Converting Asset Leader to provide both proactive and reactive maintenance support within their area discipline.
  • In this role, you will be installing, maintaining and repairing mechanical components of machines and assets in our mill facility, in accordance with our reliability strategy and site safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • Formal Engineering qualifications (degree level minimum HNC)
  • HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Engineering
  • Recognised apprenticeship (NVQ level 3)
  • Hands-on experience in Manufacturing/FMCG
  • In-depth technical knowledge of mechanical equipment
  • Apply CBM methodologies
