Job Summary
Responsible for the architectural design, governance, and delivery of enterprise network services supporting multiple data centers, eight hospital facilities, and more than two hundred fifty branch locations across the Commonwealth of Kentucky within a mission critical, 24x7 environment.
Provides end-to-end technical leadership for major network initiatives, including architecture definition, systems implementation, performance optimization, and long-range capacity planning and forecasting across all network domains, including security and load balancing platforms.
Partners closely with engineering teams, project managers, and cross functional stakeholders to lead complex programs, ensure architectural consistency, and deliver resilient, scalable network solutions that directly support clinical and business operations.

Key Requirements
Associate’s degree or 10 years equivalent experience
8 years progressive networking experience
4 years in healthcare environment
CCNP or ACSA certifications required
Demonstrated specialization in one networking domain
