Fulton Hogan is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their Whangarei team to oversee internal maintenance crews and subcontractors, ensuring high service levels and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the civil or maintenance industry and strong leadership skills.

Job Summary
You’ll lead our internal planned and ordered maintenance crews, manage our external routine and cyclic subcontractors and work closely with the Contract Manager helping us ensure levels of service, programming and delivery of work and compliance are to a high standard.
Oversee financial performance for the maintenance department, including monthly claiming and end-of-month accounting.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering (Level 6) or similar qualification

Extensive RAMM knowledge and understanding of asset management tools and systems
