Job Summary

  • The Design Director will bridge the strategic and the tactical in shaping and deploying Keystone’s visual identity.
  • Responsibilities include refreshing the visual systems that underpin our brand—colors, templates, design standards, and workflows—with the goal of making every brand touchpoint world-class and easily scaled across the organization.
  • This is a hands-on role where you’ll serve as brand designer, enabler, tactician, and role model for the organization.
