Must-have
10+ years software development experience
Cloud infrastructure and AWS services knowledge
Manage large vendor teams across geographies
Deep understanding of SDLC processes
Experience with Snowflake Oracle DB2 SPARK
Property and Casualty insurance domain expertise
Nice-to-have
Prior Finance discipline experience
Adoption of AI accelerators for development
Strong business acumen in insurance metrics
Experience with Git GitHub version control

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
