Salary

Base: $73,200.00 - $110,722.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual milestone bonus for all eligible employees ($500 for every year worked, up to $5,000); Benefits: Robust health coverage, 401(k) with up to 6% employer match, over six weeks PTO, tuition assistance, student loan repayment, up to $7,500 for childcare annually, CME and license fee reimbursement

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience managing complex projects
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Master’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or similar preferred
• Experience in clinical healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Certification in Project Management, Six Sigma, Lean Management, or similar preferred
