Job Summary

  • Lead the legal function for the Gulf region and South Africa, providing strategic legal advice and support across contract management, marketing and IP, company secretarial, compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Support the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, implement distribution contract portfolio management, and develop standard templates and processes.
  • Advise on advertising and marketing law, IP enforcement, company secretarial compliance, data privacy, and dispute resolution, while also providing legal advice on labor law in UAE and KSA.
