Job Summary
Efficient management of a safe working environment in the organization, complying with all clauses of the ESSIPL ESH policy and providing leadership.
Develop training modules and conduct training for employees and contract workers on various ESH topics to improve their ESH awareness and minimize incidents.
Work towards sustainability and put efforts on water / energy / electricity savings, while maintaining QMS, EMS, OHSMS procedures as appropriate.

Key Requirements
Postgraduate or Graduate degree in Chemistry or BE in Chemical Engineering
Diploma in Industrial Safety
Minimum of 10 years of experience
process chemical manufacturing industry experience
Strong communication skills in English
excellent interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of ESH legal compliance
Result-oriented approach with regulatory authorities
