Base: $115,040 - $165,40 CAD (Toronto); Base: $133,200 - $199,800 USD (New York City); Bonus/Equity: Annual discretionary bonus; Benefits: Health, dental, time off, Group RRSP/TFSA

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5-10 years hands-on investment accounting experience
  • Expertise in ABOR functions on the buy side
  • Experience with enterprise implementations for asset managers
  • Strong knowledge of banking and insurance accounting processes
  • Ability to mentor less experienced colleagues

Nice-to-have

  • CPA, CA, or CFA qualification
  • Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension software
  • Knowledge of insurance industry accounting
  • International know-how exchange participation
  • Willingness to travel to client sites

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business discipline (Accounting, Finance, Economics) or Mathematics/Applied Sciences
  • 5-10 years of experience in asset management back office or fund accounting
  • Proficiency in English oral and written communication
