Must-have

  • 12+ years Enterprise HR environment experience
  • Deep understanding of HR & Payroll IT systems
  • Experience migrating on-premise to cloud AWS Azure
  • Expertise in architecture frameworks TOGAF Zachman DoDAF SAFe
  • Strong people leadership and budget ownership skills

Nice-to-have

  • Direct experience across RTX business units
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics and digital twins
  • Experience with RPA in financial scenarios
  • RTX Certified Architect or PMP certification
  • Ability to synthesize localized roadmaps into enterprise strategy

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years supporting complex Enterprise HR environment
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent combination of experience
  • U.S. citizenship required for security authorization
  • Proven track record in enterprise-scale application delivery
  • Significant experience in IT service and financial management
