• PhD in immunology, cell biology, or related field with 2+ years industry/postdoc experience
• Bachelor's or Master's with 4-6 years experience
• Extensive hands-on multiparameter flow cytometry experience
• Experience with intracellular cytokine staining
• Proficiency in IncuCyte-based assays
• Advanced data analysis skills
