Identifies and develops options for policies, management practices, and performance measures, making recommendations for enhancements to mandatory and discretionary programs and services.
Supervises, motivates, and trains assigned staff, ensuring effective teamwork, high standards of work quality, and organizational performance, while also providing input into budget monitoring.
