Employees will be trained to become Delegated Inspectors with privileges in multiple Airbus Plant and supplier systems after a qualification period.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 years minimum experience in Aircraft systems
High School Diploma or GED required
Vocational training in Mechanics or Electrical
Ability to work autonomously in shifts
Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
Nice-to-have
5+ years hands-on experience in Aviation industry
Completed vocational training in Avionics
Willingness to cross-skill within multiple functions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with continuous improvement tools
