Candidates must demonstrate leadership abilities in the absence of the Manager or Team Leader while ensuring alignment with corporate strategic initiatives.
The role involves managing automatic CMM or Seebrez inspection equipment and generating trends of non-conforming material to assist with metrics analysis.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-4 years Quality Inspector experience
GD&T and ISO9001/ISO13485 knowledge
Visual dimensional functional inspections
Measurement tools usage (caliper SmartScope)
NCR process initiation and segregation
Nice-to-have
Leadership abilities in absence of supervisor
Oracle Quality modules computer skills
CMM or Seebrez equipment programming
IPC certification preferred
Cross training and on-the-job growth
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent required
Associate's degree or 3-4 years experience preferred
