Job Summary
This position performs research on, designs, develops, and implements current and future global Human Resources Systems/Integrations and delivers project related documents.
The role collaborates with organizational stakeholders, IT groups, vendors, and senior management to establish and implement systems and processes that reduce errors and improve efficiency.
UPS offers a hybrid work model with 3 days at the Chennai office and 2 days work from home.
