The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and maintenance at customer locations in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
This role requires traveling to customer sites to diagnose malfunctions, perform authorized repairs, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid driver's license with clean record
Manufacturer certified in all repair areas
Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions
Experience with lube, engine, suspension, brake, electrical, HVAC systems
Proficiency with mobile service software and time clocking procedures
Nice-to-have
ASE certifications preferred (minimum of 3)
Customer Pay Proficiency Level greater than 100%
Previous mobile service experience
Basic sales aptitude
Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Key Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent
Minimum 18 years old
Three years' automotive technical experience preferred
