Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines.
Employees must ensure incomplete records are returned for correction and assist the MDS Coordinator in scheduling assessments according to OBRA guidelines.
Staff are responsible for protecting resident privacy by not disclosing protected health information and reporting any suspected violations immediately.
