Salary
Base: $130,000 - $140,000 annually; Bonus: 10% eligibility for annual incentive program; Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, 401(k), HSA, and paid leave

Deep expertise in demand planning processes
Advanced SAP IBP functional knowledge
Strong analytical skills with SQL and Alteryx
Experience leading S&OP governance cycles
Ability to translate data into executive insights

Prior Medical Distribution experience preferred
Power user of Power BI for reporting
Proven cross-functional leadership experience
Experience with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake
