Job Summary
This role focuses on designing the end-to-end experience of AI-enabled software development —from code authoring and review through to deployment and operations.
The Principal Designer will shape how engineers experience internal platforms and AI-enabled workflows—ensuring they are usable, coherent, scalable, and aligned to engineering standards and business outcomes.
This role will work with dedicated Product Owners across AI Powered Engineering, Engineering Practice, Engineering Tooling and Infrastructure teams to map end-to-end experience.
