The engineer will own the full lifecycle of internal applications, from building and hosting to monitoring and maintaining production systems.
Candidates must be autonomous builders who can partner with non-technical stakeholders to elevate pilot ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Salary
Base: $140,000 - $160,000 per year; Bonus: 5% variable annual bonus contingent on company performance; Equity: Eligible for Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant

Must-have
Applied AI engineering experience
LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain
REST API integration expertise
Python or JavaScript/TypeScript coding
RAG pipeline and agentic workflow design
Freshdesk or similar ticketing system integration
Nice-to-have
Experience with Gitbook knowledge base platforms
Background in Customer Support or Success teams
Self-service platform building skills
AI evaluation and quality testing systems
Passion for personal AI tinkering projects
Key Requirements
Proven experience building custom apps for Freshdesk or Zendesk
Hands-on experience with LLM evals and CI/CD for AI systems
Demonstrated ability to deploy automation in large organizations
