Provide senior-level application support for enterprise customers, using PL/SQL and/or T‑SQL to investigate incidents, run queries, debug data issues, and validate system behavior.
Gather, analyze, and help define project requirements and specifications, collaborating with internal teams while working independently and proactively to drive resolution.

Key Requirements
2+ years of hands-on application support experience
BA degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems
Advanced English proficiency
Experience implementing/supporting foreign trade systems (preferred)
Familiarity with enterprise environments and ERP integrations
