  • Provide senior-level application support for enterprise customers, using PL/SQL and/or T‑SQL to investigate incidents, run queries, debug data issues, and validate system behavior.
  • Gather, analyze, and help define project requirements and specifications, collaborating with internal teams while working independently and proactively to drive resolution.
