Manage the engagement of resident jobseekers and coordinate onboarding of community employers to the Jobs Nearby @ CDC scheme.
Provide personalised guidance to resident jobseekers and coordinate with employers to facilitate job seeker profiles creation and listing management.
Monitor jobseekers’ progress and outcomes, conduct regular follow-ups, and review service delivery processes to continuously improve the experience for both jobseekers and employers.
