Job Summary

• The Department of Residential Facilities is responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping services for the College Park Campus' 70+ residence halls, Greek chapter houses, and recreational facilities encompassing over 2.7 million square feet.
• The Plumbing Specialist position performs specialty and/or complex plumbing and pipe-fitting work at the journey level, includes inspections, maintenance, repair and some installation of piping systems.
• This position is an essential employee related to catastrophic, weather, or other emergencies and may be required to come to work, including overtime, when the University is closed to perform general maintenance and cleanup tasks as needed.

• Licensed plumber from Maryland or reciprocal state
